The basic foundation block of Dena-BMS was laid in early 1990, where the owners started the business of operation and maintenance of Harbour crafts as well as representing and marketing of brand name marine equipments.
Since then the marine business has been diversified and the specialized companies within the group has been established. The group of companies owned by Al-Jazzar family to shoulder responsibilities of different types of contracts. The owner's and the management being highly qualified professional, carried the company to the stage of dependable, trustworthy and efficient service provided.
