The Dena-BMS JV Group of companies are engaged in major marine works all over th eworld. In particular the North Sea, Mediterranean, Red Sea, The Gulf and Far East. They are multi-national groups stationed in England, Greece, Malaysia and Dammam, Saudi Arabia.


Dena-BMS/JV operates its own satet-of-the-art technology as well as a marine-type, self-propelled floating crane specially equipped to support deep-diving operations. The firm owns and operates ROV (Remotely Operated Vehicle) equipment and facilities, including pipeline inspection ROV's and precision underwater excavators. To maintain flexibility and the ability to expand capacity when required.


To be a leader in this field requires personnel of special calibre and skills to direct and operate the highly sophisticated equipment: people who have thorough experience and knowledge of their craft, who are dedicated to seeing the job through, committed to quality, efficiency and safety and most important of all, who can be totally relied upon in emergencies. DIVING

Marine Construction


Dena-BMS Dive specializes in the construction, maintenance and repair of all Marine civil works including Jetties, Quay walls, Rock revetments, Piling. Dredging and Reclamation works.



Salvage


Our Commercial diving division has the capabilities and experience to salvage our recover vessels and equipment. In emergencies we have the capabilities to quickly mobilize to areas in and around the Middle East.



Ship services, damage control and repairs


Our divers are experienced in Hull and Propeller cleaning. Cofferdam manufacture and installation, Arc welding and Thermic cutting.



Video and photographic Inspsections


We are registered with classification socities like Lioyds register of Shipping, DNV, BV and ABS and offer experienced Inspectors and comprehensive Professional reports in soft or hard copy formats.
